You guys, big shopping news for you all! For the next two days, J.Crew is having a 40% off sale with the code “GOBIG”! This is such a good sale and I wanted to give you guys some insight on my favorite picks. This is a particularly good one just based on the fact that the majority of their full priced items are so discounted – it’s such a good time to stock up on sweaters, coats, boots and maybe even a couple Christmas presents! I decided to share with you the pieces that I wear all the time, and have lasted through it! Plus, a few of my top wish list items… 😉

My first pic is this Polartec Fleece – I’ve tried it on in store and love the golden rose color even more in person. This is such a good deal for this particular piece, and I have no doubt that it would be something I would reach for all winter long. Bright color blocking is back in for the winter (whoo!) and this is such a fun way to do it. The fleece comes in several colors, if you’re looking for more a neutral. A comfy, and durable, fleece to invest in!
I’m such a pink person, so I purchased this lovely cable knit sweater about a month ago and I’m literally already planning on wearing it for my birthday. It’s so comfy and flattering, and comes in five different colors. I’m honestly eyeing the dark green as a contrast color to choose – which one would you pick?? I’m planning on pairing it with the suede boots I link later on in this post. 🙂
I’ve been wanting this khaki colored sweater blazer for at least the past year – it’s one of those products you see all the big bloggers wearing and it’s honestly perfect for a professional, yet cozy, work look. This also comes in a variety of colors (six, to be exact!) and is at the top of my wish list for this J.Crew sale. I love the collar and deep pockets – it has the aesthetic of a blazer with the comfort of a sweater…hence the name, I suppose! 😉
I have this 1988 rollback sweater in both the ivory (pictured above) and light pink. You’ve definitely seen both colors all over my stories and instagram this past year, and you’ll definitely continue to. It’s comfy, well-made, and super flattering. I love it with both leggings and a pair of jeans. I’ve paired it with loafers, boots, heels – you can really dress it up or down! One of my favorite pieces in the entirety of my winter wardrobe.
This will be my third season sporting this “Brooklyn” crew neck. It’s such a simple piece, but is incredibly affordable and worth it with the 40% off price. I personally would advise sizing up, just because I prefer pieces like this to be a bit loose for comfort sake. I love the classic look of this crew, and typically love pairing it with my denim jacket.
J.Crew socks are best purchased during a big sale because, let’s be honest, they’re pricey. However, they are my favorite socks to wear with booties during the winter months. Actually, between J.Crew Factory/J.Crew sales the past five years, I’ve collected at least 20 pairs that I rotate through all winter long. It’s fun to have a peak of a pattern through the cuff of your jeans, and they’re comfy and breathable!
I have this same pajama set in plain navy, but I am living for these adorable polka dots! I wear my J.Crew long sleeve pajama set at least once a week. It’s my favorite way to truly relax – face mask, a cup of tea, a cozy blanket – the works. I’m a huge pajama set fan…my sister Sam calls me out on it all the time, she thinks it’s so funny how much I actually love them…but this set is a true winner.
I have these boots in a light suede (pictured at the top of the post) and I wear them allllllll the time. You’ve definitely seem them all over my feed, but I’m loving this black pair as well. It’s a comfortable boot, easy to walk in. I’ve walked all over NYC in these things and have been totally fine. I typically pair them with a pair of those J.Crew socks I linked above! I love the bit of height they give me, especially being 5′ 2″… 🙂
I know winter is fast approaching, but now is the perfect time to buy my favorite swim suit ever. I have it in the navy pictured above, as well as a neon pink, and it’s definitely the swim suit I personally feel best in. It has a lovely scoop back, and a great stretch to it. Right now, there’s tons of super discounted colors – definitely snag one!
If you watch my morning OOTD, you have already seen this vest more than once. For the last two years, I’ve worn this vest weekly all winter long. It’s incredibly cozy, I personally love the deep zippered pockets, plus it looks good with such a range of sweaters and long sleeve shirts. I typically pair it with jeans and my suede boots, sometimes my J.Crew Academy loafers (also on sale!) – but this has to be one of my top recommendations to buy from the sale. It is for sure an all time favorite that I hope to keep forever.
UM, guys, these are a serious steal. Let me introduce you to the perfect rain boot that you can also easily pair with your favorite work outfit. It’s a rain boot that is easy to wear all day long without anyone noticing that you’re wearing rain gear, as they are sneakily disguised as a trendy Chelsea boot. They are easy to slip on and off, and are super efficient for those rainy days. I love these boots, and without a doubt wear them all the time!
Do I own this beautiful coat yet? No, no I do not. Have I wanted it for over a year? Absolutely. I have a J.Crew vest in this pattern/faux fur material and it is absolutely gorgeous. This coat?? Stunning in person. Definitely at the top of my wish list, and buying it through the sale is such a good idea. Paired with those black suede boots above and you have a serious look.
If there’s a time to invest in a long lasting J.Crew piece, it’s during a sale like this. I own most of the products on this list, and am head over heels for them all. I chose the pieces I reach for the most in my closet, and hope this helps anyone looking to benefit from the sale! Happy shopping!
